Our Delivery framework is a model designed to provide your organization with the tools and resources it needs to succeed at every stage of technology implementation, from business planning to system deployment.

The different components and deliverables of our framework are:

• Develop implementation vision aligned with program delivery strategy.
• Identify project phases with associated tasks, timelines and resource needs.
• Define tangible success metrics for each phase.
• Deliverables include vision document, project plan (with success metrics).

Design

• Assimilate business requirements from stakeholders and SMEs covering all aspects of program delivery - project management, document management and submissions.
• Develop implementation roadmap via use cases that address specific business needs.
• Develop a testing/validation approach aligned with IT protocols and expectations
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for each.
• Deliverables include a functional specification to document each aspect of this phase.

Build

• Configure platform features for each use case based on understanding of business process and user requirements.
• Configure integrations with supported legacy systems as needed.
• Implement and share best practices to optimize system configuration as well as deployment.
• Deliverables include configuration settings, system build documentation, best practices documentation.

Deploy

• Conduct desired training programs to facilitate user adoption.
• Assist client team with fulfilling IT testing/validation protocols.
• Complete system migration from staging to production.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to business owners for future application maintenance.
• Deliverables include training sessions, documentation for training, migration and knowledge transfer.
